Job Description
- Stimulating continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures and implementing corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager.
- Implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
- Implementing and ensuring efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems and their documentation.
- Compiling defined reports for the specialist divisions and management, as well as further developing reporting architecture (adapting the data model) and processes in accordance with Group-wide standards. Preparing the daily results report.
- Analyzing available control KPIs (recognizing trends, deviations between the target and actual etc.), proposing additional control KPIs, deriving possible optimization measures and managing their success.
- Supporting and assisting in the annual planning of the defined functional area.
- Maintaining and further developing calculation and control systems.
Job Requirements
- Graduates from the Faculty of Commerce/ Accounting major.
- 1-3 years of experience in Costing preferably in Manufacturing.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- CMA holders are preferable.
