Job Description

  • Responsible for recruitment process(posting jobs till sending job offers for the candidates)
  • Conduct interviews for entry & med senior Positions
  • Responsible for on boarding process(orientation–welcome email–tools)
  • Responsible for joining,termination papers,contracts and Final settlements
  • Responsible for social insurance
  • Review employees files(employment documents)
  • Responsible for medical insurance and handling the issues(refund & special
  • approvals)
  • Update online employees’ profiles & info & salary history
  • Update employees’ attendance sheets(fingerprint-permissions–vacations –deductions)
  • Prepare attendance report & payroll Monthly
  • Check & calculate employees’ overtime
  • Respond to staff inquiries and help them reach what they want in record time
  • Other Office duties as assigned(deals)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or any relevant
  • HR Diploma/Certificate is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Males Only
  • Maximum age 28 years
  • Effective HR administration and people Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Organization & time management skills
