Job Description
Al-Afnaan Foods company in Giza, Al-Haram is requiring a cost control accountant for the following tasks for (Afnaan Demashq's restaurant):
- Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
- Observe purchase orders
- Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of food material and operations costs)
- serve the receiving process of food & beverage goods.
- Review daily receiving report.
- Prepare daily cost report of Food & Beverage.
- Prepare for physical inventory of Restaurant & Kitchen.
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in restaurant's cost control
- Strong skill in using Excel in observing and creating reports for cost control.
- Non-Smoking
- Living in greater Cairo
