Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic growth plans when needed.
- Develop, supervise and guide implementation of periodical sales plans.
- Develop quarter and monthly sales action plans, including targets, sales mechanisms, and promotions ….etc.
- Participate in developing advertising campaigns jointly with the marketing department when needed.
- Manage with his\her team in providing personal selling support within some branches based on demand.
- Manage with his\her team the selling process during any related promotional events, fixed selling booths ….etc
- Support in the preparations of any promotional campaigns, events, PR activities…..etc, when needed.
- Support In developing new markets (geographically & demographically).
- Provide in-depth analysis for all related sales activities, including identifications of problems and recommendations for development.
- Provide superior with monthly reports upon assigned activities and his\her team performance.
- Support superior in any assigned task when needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business management or related field, preferably in marketing management.
- 1-3 Years of experience
- Proven experience in the field of marketing sales, business development.
- Proven experience in corporate sales is a pulse.
