Job Description
Contact has strong and well-established partnerships with the leading car dealerships in the Egyptian market to finance their car sales.
The ideal candidate will be Contact's ambassador in one of the showrooms to perform the following:
- Responsible for all sales activities, explaining the features of the different installment plans according to the client's needs and preferences.
- Following up with the client, as well as all relevant parties, throughout the different phases of the loan application process.
- Maintaining a high level of client service by providing the necessary information and support which contributes in effectively closing the sale.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the required documents for a successful contract execution.
Job Requirements
- Location : New Allamin
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Good experience/knowledge in the automotive industry (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- 1-5 years of experience in the sales field or a customer-facing role.
