Job Description
- Manage day to day operation, book keeping and recording of the Brokerage Business,
- Adequate Communication with all related parties including Banks,
- Mange Banks transactions and communication with accuracy and high response,
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing with high adequacy, and accuracy with tough deadlines,
- Manage dealing with External Auditors with high level of professionalism,
- Manage dealing with the operation department and handle their requirements swiftly,
- Maintain periodic Accounting reports and efficient communication with the Finance Department and all concerned parties,
- Handle all Finance Department responsibilities, including Bank reconciliation and settlements of all outstanding balances on time, and all other related tasks,
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience, with at least 8 years in the Brokerage field,
- Fluent in English,
- Adequate communication skills,
- Able to manage, supervise, and direct a team of 2 accountants,
- Ability to create, handle, and circulate periodic accounting report,
