Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Making travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurants
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Review and approve the expense reports for Cairo office drivers
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
- Resolve administrative problems
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Great & assist visitors
- Coordinate with the health insurance providers and the employees
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Previous Experience: 7+ years of experience
- English Proficiency: V. Good
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office
