Job Description
- Create and manage our vendor network, in terms of quality and speed.
- Responsible for all orders documentation and make sure that operations process is clear.
- Work closely with the Accounting Manager to arrange the needed cash for orders and make sure suppliers are handled according to the brand values.
- Conduct Monthly communication meeting (Finance, admin, marketing, IT )to communicate items deliveries and production plans.
- Manage the company logistical process including trucks, drivers and in house fleet.
- Formulate an internal and external process for communication among departments and create the needed templates.
- Manage stocks reorders according to the marketing plan and sales analysis reports.
- Manage the collection annual calendar from the design process up to the stores merchandising allocation.
- Follow up with suppliers on all the orders and assure delivery on time and quality.
- Implement systems for stock safety and security measures among the warehouses and the stores.
- Assure the company is holding the right stocks on the right time with the right quantities.
- Manage all operations related areas in the ERP system either inputs or output.
Job Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Must be strong communicators who can juggle many tasks.
- Highly organized with a strong understanding of when shipments are to arrive as well as be sent out
- From 3 to 5 years in same position.
