Job Description
- Analyze the state of the manufacturing processes in client factories
- Plan deployment of Garment IO in factories and work on the operation plan
- Continuously develop and procure the equipment and supplies needed for the deployment in factories
- Handle communication between Garment IO and the factories
- Recommend changes to the manufacturing process or incentives schemes to help factories create the best value out of Garment IO deployment
- Prepare and produce training materials and guides for factory employees
- Conduct training sessions for the client’s factory employees
- Analyze factory new requested features from the client and communicate them to the technical team
- Implement the deployment of Garment IO in new factories
- Support clients after Garment IO deployment
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or manufacturing
- Strong problem solver
- Professionalism in meeting deadlines and strong time management capabilities
- Great communication with various stakeholders
- Highly dedicated
