Job Description
- Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
- Define product assortment and auto replenishment.
- Ensure stores have enough stock.
- Communicate with POS/warehouse supervisors to make sure that they have enough stock but not excess stock/working capital.
- Check the inventory in a timely manner and help the warehouse in-charge managers in making sure that the correct quantities of all the products are available.
- Tracking the orders to make sure they arrive at their destination.
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning).
- Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery).
- Oversee inventory procedures.
- Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
- Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards.
- Help foster trusting relationships with business partners.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance.
- Send daily report about the order status & stock.
- Data mining, analysis and reporting.
- Make our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible.

- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with supply chain processes
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
- Problem-solving aptitude
