Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate daily content and share it on all social media channels (e.g. original text, photos, videos, email and news)
- Manages the company social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram; including daily posts and imagery, promoting and scheduling posts, listening and responding to posts.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Research new marketing ideas and experiences
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Assists with photography, video shooting and editing as necessary.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experiences
- Understanding marketing techniques.
- Understanding Analyze and measure campaigns result
- Use social media marketing tool
- Graphics Design knowledge
- Creative writing - Translating - Proofreading -all with Marketing taste
- Creative and able to work under pressure with less supervision
- Familiarity with Email Marketing (MailChimp is a plus)
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hoot-suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
