Job Description
- Spirit Decoration Art is a part of MJ|Holding Group specialist in Interior & Exterior Designs, Landscape, Artificial Fountains & Swimming Pools- Moderns & Antiques Furniture Design.
- We are looking for an artful Interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the clients to managing and executing the design in sites.
- The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project within rough plans.
- Prepare design plans including electrical layouts, plumbing fixtures, ceiling, lighting, wall finishes, flooring, Painting, furniture, Cabinet and all installations.
- Understand how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing according to budget.
- Prepare final plans, using computer cad applications (Preferred: Revit or AutoCAD) + 3D applications (Preferred: 3D-Max or Maya).
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Interior Design or similar.
- Have 4+ years of professional experience to take creative design project from concept to completion.
- It must have a site experience & know how to lead the different types of workers.
- Able to travel outside Alex to Visit the Multi project locations to Supervise work progress. Places such as: Cairo, King Mariot, North coast, etc. (P.S. Company benefit Travel allowance)
- Have an ultimate knowledge in interior design styles such as: Mid-century, Contemporary, Classic, Santorini, Rustic, Terrazzo, Bohemian, etc.
- Project management skills are advantage.
