Job Description

  • Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system
  • Shelve, store and distribute materials.
  • Receive and deliver goods.
  • Prepare goods requisitions.
  • Prepare and pack the exported goods.
  • Prepare and type annual requisitions, orders, correspondence and reports.
  • Display or order proper inventory from CPD Department.
  • Contact purchasing department and vendors for price information.
  • Receive, store, issue supplies and equipment.
  • Drive the forklift and coordinate with drivers.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by line management.

Job Requirements

  • Good Computer skills (Excel and Word).
  • Ability to operate and enter information in a computerized inventory system as SAP.
  • Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Well Organized
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline  
  • 0 - 5  years experience
