Job Description
- Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system
- Shelve, store and distribute materials.
- Receive and deliver goods.
- Prepare goods requisitions.
- Prepare and pack the exported goods.
- Prepare and type annual requisitions, orders, correspondence and reports.
- Display or order proper inventory from CPD Department.
- Contact purchasing department and vendors for price information.
- Receive, store, issue supplies and equipment.
- Drive the forklift and coordinate with drivers.
- Undertake additional duties as required by line management.
Job Requirements
- Good Computer skills (Excel and Word).
- Ability to operate and enter information in a computerized inventory system as SAP.
- Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Well Organized
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- 0 - 5 years experience
