Job Description

  • Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests.
  • Dealing with guests.
  • Arranging staff scheduling.
  • Arranging guest booking and assure that their accommodation is excellent.
  • Making surveys and courtesy calls.
  • Acting as liaison between General Manager and staff.
  • Managing, hiring and training the Front Office staff.
  • Up selling and upgrading the guests current packages.

Job Requirements

  • Diplomacy and able to communicate clearly.
  • High awareness on how E-Booking works.
  • Firm leadership skills.
  • The ability to multitask, priorities and manage time
  • The ability to perform under pressure.
  • Must be highly motivated.
  • Must have high selling and customer service skills.
  • Hotels/Resorts past experience is a must.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • RESORT RESIDENCY IS A MUST.
  • Location: Cairo, Alexandria desert road. 15 minutes away from Dandy mall.
