Job Description
- Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests.
- Dealing with guests.
- Arranging staff scheduling.
- Arranging guest booking and assure that their accommodation is excellent.
- Making surveys and courtesy calls.
- Acting as liaison between General Manager and staff.
- Managing, hiring and training the Front Office staff.
- Up selling and upgrading the guests current packages.
Job Requirements
- Diplomacy and able to communicate clearly.
- High awareness on how E-Booking works.
- Firm leadership skills.
- The ability to multitask, priorities and manage time
- The ability to perform under pressure.
- Must be highly motivated.
- Must have high selling and customer service skills.
- Hotels/Resorts past experience is a must.
- Leadership skills.
- Communication skills.
- RESORT RESIDENCY IS A MUST.
