Job Description
- Performs general clerical functions (scheduling, copying, filing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting office operations.
- Answer telephone and Redirect phone calls.
- Greet visitors to the office.
- Responsible for all the communication and Correspondence.
- Pick up Fax, email and mail from post office daily & coordinate outgoing mailings
- Provide clerical duties and support for the Sales department team when needed.
- Complete all administrative requirements for tenders and Recording in the suppliers files.
- Maintain a file of reports of all operations.
- Business coordinator between departments.
- Perform any assigned tasks related to work.
