Job Description

  • Performs general clerical functions (scheduling, copying, filing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting office operations.
  • Answer telephone and Redirect phone calls.
  • Greet visitors to the office.
  • Responsible for all the communication and Correspondence.
  • Pick up Fax, email and mail from post office daily & coordinate outgoing mailings
  • Provide clerical duties and support for the Sales department team when needed.
  • Complete all administrative requirements for tenders and Recording in the suppliers files.
  • Maintain a file of reports of all operations.
  • Business coordinator between departments.
  • Perform any assigned tasks related to work.
