Managing the SW/QC team and reporting progress to the Quality Head.
Communicating with the Project Managers to discuss the project’s status.
Working closely with the Product Owner to ensure awareness and involvement on the project status throughout its life cycle.
Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems.
Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues to concerned parties.
Working closely with clients (if needed) and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses.
Review project requirements with stakeholders and design all related testing documents.
Estimate the time needed for the quality tasks in the projects.
Reviewing test cases and scenarios to ensure that they are written in a descriptive, structured, and understandable way.
Analyze test results and write detailed test reports that accurately describe the project status.
Work in different number and types of projects, in order to satisfy new and existing opportunities.
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
Developing and directing software system validation, verification and testing methods.
Maintain and update test documentation between releases.
Participate in stand-up meetings and other required QA meetings such as test planning, retrospective, QA status and update meetings.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SW Testing, including 2 years as a Test Lead
Excellent English skills
Strong written, verbal communication and ability to listen
Excellent Interpersonal skills, ability to interact professionally with different backgrounds
Knowledge and experience of CMMI and Agile Methodologies
Self- starter, confident and ability to accept and deliver feedback
Ability to move between projects with little notice and the ability to adapt quickly
Team building and time management skills
