Job Description
- Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements
- ensuring the integrity of import /export documentation such as bill of lading , GSP certificate, commercial invoice and packing list.
- Timely preparation of import documentation and authorization for HRMC for all air and sea shipments globally.
- verification of all freight invoices.
- Maintenance of records.
- Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times
