About the Job

A Multinational company is seeking to employee Sales Manager with previous background in the construction field .

Main Job Duties:

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Job Requirements
  • Must have a vast network of connections with Developers of Office Buildings, Brokers of Office spaces, Project Managers and Consultants
  • Bachelor degree
  • Proven experience in a construction field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Must be able to perform on ground survey for potential business
  • On ground marketing and retrieving information of potential clients and projects
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Must own a Car
  • Highly Presentable appearance
