Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing communication plans and budgets;
  • Support country marketing departments to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing plans and budgets;
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing communications campaigns effectiveness in all product lines;
  • Responsible for brand compliance; providing guidelines to marketing departments in territories to build consistency in all marketing communications;
  • Research and understand company’s, products' and services' competitive advantages and attributes; developing marketing literature to communicate them;
  • Develop draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and present to communications supervisor for review and approval;
  • Develop and coordinate production of brochures, multimedia packages, video and point-of-purchase displays—for particular assignments;
  • Develop direct mail programs, as dictated by the assignment, and monitors roll-out of the campaign and checks for success level at conclusion;
  • Organize and support territories in marketing events; product launches, exhibitions, seminar... etc;
  • Create designs on various platforms.

Job Requirements

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • A certificate in Marketing Communication

Technical Requirements

  • Expertise in marketing planning, budgeting and execution
  • Hands-on experience in marketing operations' management
  • ATL and BTL marketing communication expertise
  • Experience in formulating and launching marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in media planning
  • PR experience
  • Ability to create design on various platforms and Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or similar tools is mandatory.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects autonomously
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems
  • Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills with strong PC literacy
  • Superior professionalism and judgment

Desirable Profile (NOT a must)

  • Post-graduate diploma in marketing communication or equivalent
  • Exposure of working in an international B2B sales organisation, international advertising agencies
  • Membership of a Chartered Institute of Marketing or equivalent
