Job Description
- Locate and target new Customers
- Support the sales team to accomplish the sales opportunities
- Coaching the sales team to achieve their individual sales target
- Working with other departments in the organization (Product, Finance etc.)
- Contact and interact with new customers
- Negotiate, and sign new business partnerships, escort the customers throughout the selling process
- Maintain business relationship with existing customers and build partnerships with sales channels
- Enlarge the sales network by add new customers, re-activate the stopped B2B customers.
- Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plan by setting salesman, regional and periodical targets
- Develops and maintains sales operating plan for sales team that includes opportunity map, target accounts, forecast.
- Developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price within all power retailers considering the competitors.
- Maintains the staff continues learning by ensure conducting the periodical training employees.
- Maintains his sales team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
Candidate Qualifications:
- University Degree
- 7 years of experiences in Power Retail (Chain of Stores)

- Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales, leadership skills, Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills (PP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
- Language: Very Good in English
