Job Description
- Meet with customers to understand needs, problems, objectives and business requirements to drive the application demonstrations according to their needs.
- Work with the sales team and project managers to define the overall solution.
- Identify the technical recommendation in order to help the sales team offering the client the best value.
- Formally responding to the customer RFI’s and RFP’s.
- Document and analyze required information and data related the solutions road map features.
- Presenting products/solutions verbal and written.
- Preparing reports about the market trends, the latest technology, and the competitive position.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree of Commerce (French Sector), literature (French Sector), Al Alson (French Sector).
- Preferred Universities: Ain Shams, Cairo, Helwan & BUE.
- Experience as HR officer or technical writer or customer support with fluent French language is preferable.
- Should be equipped with knowledge for Business application or ERP.
- An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff or client in a way that is easy to understand.
- Analytical Skills to analyze the market before a product or sales campaign launches in addition to draw the best suit of the functions and features.
- Willing to learn and to know new technologies.
- Must be able to present himself/herself in a professional manner and possess excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
