Job Description
- Provide help desk support for all users (hardware, software, and peripherals).
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Assets Inventory Maintain up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment.
- First point of contact in all computer hardware and software problems and requests.
- Educate and give orientations to users when needed on IT related issues
- Installing, configuring & supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting end user system and Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Working with domain controller & Elastix VOIP System .
- Configuring and troubleshooting (access points , IP phones , fingerprint and cameras
Job Requirements
- 1 year Experience in maintaining laptops is a must
- CCNA knowledge or equivalent is preferred
- MSCA, MCSE or MCITP knowledge is a must
- Experience with Elastix OS is preferred
