Job Description

  • Provide help desk support for all users (hardware, software, and peripherals).
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Assets Inventory Maintain up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment.
  • First point of contact in all computer hardware and software problems and requests.
  • Educate and give orientations to users when needed on IT related issues
  • Installing, configuring & supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Troubleshooting end user system and Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Working with domain controller & Elastix VOIP System .
  • Configuring and troubleshooting (access points , IP phones , fingerprint and cameras

Job Requirements

  • 1 year Experience in maintaining laptops is a must
  • CCNA knowledge or equivalent is preferred
  • MSCA, MCSE or MCITP knowledge is a must
  • Experience with Elastix OS is preferred
