Job Description
- Build strong relations with recruitment agencies
- Announcement for the desired positions
- Schedule interviews with candidates
- Conduct interviews with candidates
- Coordinate all interviews logistics
- Design interview English test and other test documents
- Write status reports for what is done regarding interviews
- Announce for available internal positions
- Hiring best candidates
- Design, create and update the Job protocol for all TEPCO employees with TEPCO key persons and managers
- Create TEPCO org charts for all departments and for with key persons and managers
- Create and update TEPCO succession plan with TEPCO key persons and managers
- Create and update TEPCO HR plan with TEPCO key persons and managers
- Coordinate with TEPCO QA to assure that all forms and documents are according to QA standards- Announcement for the desired positions
Job Requirements
- Suitable University Degree
- HR diploma or Certificate
- V.Good in English Language
- Good interviewing and observation skills
- Blue collars recruitment hand on experience
- Knowledge of Egypt Labor law and Private medical insurance will be plus.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
