Job Description

  • Assisting the HR Head in developing the organization charts of the factory.
  • Developing the required job descriptions based on the approved organization charts.
  • Collecting the hiring needs from all factory departments.
  • Executing various recruitment strategies to assure fulfilling the required vacancies within the agreed upon time frames.
  • Preparing and running related interviews schedules in coordination with the HR Head and functional Managers.
  • Sending the job offers to the finally selected candidates and following up on their on boarding process, this will include seating plan, IT requirements, stationary requirement and bank accounts when needed.
  • Coordinating with both Personnel and Com & Ben departments regarding adding the new hires to the related database.
  • Assisting the HR Head in developing all kind of HR related reports such as Headcount Reports, Employees Cost, Com & Ben reports and any other required reports based on business need.

Job Requirements

  • Related University degree, preferably if holding BSc. Of Commerce.
  • 3-5 years of experience, must to be in Factory HR field in industrial companies, preferably companies working in printing fields.
  • Must to be exposed to blue collars [workers] recruitment as well as white collars jobs.
  • Excellent level of using MS Office, and possess strong ability to understand and analyze figures.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Previous experience in working on ERP systems is a very strong plus.
  • Preferably if Resident of 10th of Ramadan city or nearby locations.
