Job Description
- Conduct segmentation of the market and identify the key cohorts, their sentiments, attitudes and behaviors and best ways to impact them to build equity and generate business
- Uncover all the insights relevant to healthcare industry & consumer decision tree
- Align all activities and communication to match the different segments targeted based on generated insights
- Identify the different perceptions (image/personality/triggers/barriers) towards the group and individual entities within and address them through storytelling campaigns and other activities
- Fully experienced in agency selection, briefing, creative evaluation, and execution across media
- In cooperation with the digital team expand the group’s presence on all relevant social/digital platforms
- Identify and make appropriate partnerships and sponsorship deals to reach our target and to further enforce our positioning
- Experienced in media planning and buying, traditional and new
- Lead in the preparation of key stakeholder and seasonal events
- Develop mechanism for evaluating satisfaction on an ongoing basis and initiating corrective action
- Act as the guardian of company branding and visibility
- Ownership of the company website, it’s revamp and its content update and ensuring smooth and logical navigation and usability within
- Create ideas/ critique own ideas and defend own ideas (open minded and impersonal)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Mass Communication from a reputable university
- 6+ years of consumer marketing experience and team leadership from a dynamic category background
- Proficient with numbers, their analysis and deriving meaning/insights
- Persuasion through data/facts and common sense
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to build something new from scratch and see it grow
- Eye for beauty and aesthetics
- Speaks the consumer language and is consumer centric
- Can articulate and critique own work and ideas
