Job Description

  • Performs general clerical functions (scheduling, copying, filing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting office operations.
  • Answer telephone and Redirect phone calls.
  • Greet visitors to the office.
  • Responsible for all the communication and Correspondence (embassies, Government agencies, etc.) .
  • Type the administrative orders and announce it.
  • Pick up Fax, email and mail from post office daily & coordinate outgoing mailings
  • Provide clerical duties and support for the Sales department team when needed.
  • Complete all administrative requirements for tenders and Recording in the suppliers files.
  • Maintain a file of reports of all operations.
  • Business coordinator between departments.
  • perform any assigned tasks related to work.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business management or relevant field .
  • 0 – 3 years of Experience.
  • Females only.
  • Presentable.
  • Very good communication skills and time Management.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, word, outlook).
  • Excellent English language.
  • Nasr city residents are highly preferable.
