Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
Keep all projects cash flow running as per company policies, contract terms and conditions.
Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Work directly with clients to ensure deliverable fall within the applicable scope and budget.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new members as needed to fulfill client needs.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

7 years experience in Curtain wall, windows and doors projects management.
Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Able to manage multi running projects in the same time.
Proven working experience as a projects manager in curtain wall and facade projects.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft project.
Able to work with and organize subcontractors activities, payment and productivity.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
