Job Description
- Make the recruitment plan according to the manpower plan.
- Choose and maintain the recruitment channel.
- Collect the candidates’ information, initially, screen the candidates and coordinate the interview.
- Recruitment procedure improvement and maintenance.
- Arrange and review the process of interview.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain records of personnel-related data ( personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Handle new employee enrollment and relevant documents, on board guide, welcome letter, enroll process, integration plan
- Employee HRIS management.
- Manage relevant recruitment documents and manage the talent information reservoir.
- Make open position report.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English is a must
- Mass Hiring experience is a must
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Outstanding Communication skills
