Job Description
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Develop exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Lead F&B team
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- At least 10-15 years work experience in relevant field (F&B).
- 2-5 Years in same position.
- Maximum Age 50.
- Male Only.
- Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving orientation, and ability to meet tight project deadlines while balancing multiple competing projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a changing business environment
- Excellent English & Arabic skills both written and spoken
- Polite and open personality, organized, self-motivated and hard working
