Job Description

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Develop exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Lead F&B team
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
  • Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10-15 years work experience in relevant field (F&B).
  • 2-5 Years in same position.
  • Maximum Age 50.
  • Male Only.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving orientation, and ability to meet tight project deadlines while balancing multiple competing projects
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a changing business environment
  • Excellent English & Arabic skills both written and spoken
  • Polite and open personality, organized, self-motivated and hard working
  • Excellent communication Skills
