Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Become an expert in Z2Data data solutions and software products
- Translate marketing and customer needs into workable products and solutions
- Learn product management roles and help the design team come up with proper solutions
- Work directly with the upper management and customers to understand their needs and answer their questions from a software perspective
- Help develop a product roadmap for upcoming tools and data
- Analyze and work with very large sets of data and find the best ways to deliver and display the data to customers.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in the same position, ideally
- Strong communication skills
- Can work in a startup and fast-paced environment
- Excitement about productivity tools, spreadsheets, and databases
- Curiosity about and enthusiasm for product design and how people work
- A good balance between analytical abilities and empathy; can analyze problems, find solutions and clearly explain those solutions
