Simplex CNC systems is a 19 year-old company, with extensive proprietary know-how in Automation Systems (Hardware and Software), Motion Control and Motor Design.
- Our Australian Company announces its first Embedded SW bootcamp in Egypt that will help you get qualified for positions such as; Embedded Software Developer, Control System Engineer and System Integration Engineer.
- The bootcamp duration will be one month providing hands-on experience in Embedded software and interfacing.
- This will be project-based training with focus on; effective experimentation, testing and documentation.
- The company will provide each candidate with the required hardware (launch-pads, booster packs and power supplies).
- There are only 8 positions open for the boot-camp. Selection of candidates is competitive and is based on the selection criteria listed below.
- Selected candidates who will technically perform well throughout their training and projects and who will fit our other employment criteria will be hired by Simplex directly after the completion of their training, with expected salary range of 8,000 EGP to 12,000 EGP. Those who will be offered employment position can potentially reach a salary of 15,000 EGP within the first year of their employment.
- All trainees/interns can potentially be offered a position.

Bootcamp Schedule:
- Course will start on 30/8/2019 for 4 weeks. 2 days a week, on Fridays and Saturdays.
- 6-hour class on each day of the 8 days.
Bootcamp Pre-Requisites & Selection Criteria:
- B.Sc. in Computer science, Mechatronics, Communication, Electronics, or similar degrees.
- Good C-language programming Knowledge.
- Good Embedded C-language knowledge.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as; SPI, UART, I2C, CAN and/or Ethernet.
- Must be able to work full-time directly after the bootcamp concludes if he/she is offered a position.
- Good command of English language.
- Ability to write an effective report in English
- Higher academic grades is an advantage, but is not essential
- Practical experience in projects related to motor control and/or communication is an advantage but is not essential.
