Job Description
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
- Communicate regularly with shop managers and brand manager by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person to ensure their needs are being met.
- Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Coach and Develop subordinates.
Job Requirements
