- Receiving all inquiries and complaints received from customers and the speed of response to them.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Listening to customer complaints and working to resolve their issues
- Implement customer service policies and instruction
- Writing a daily report to show what has been done.
Administrative Role:
- Maintain a level of proficiency in dealing with customers.
- Respond to a variety of customers’ requests by offering on-spot information has and services.
- Maintain adequate environments to customers especially dealing with furious customers and unpleasant situation.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience in customer service (including call centers),
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic language
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Demonstrated time management, prioritization, and organizational skills while maintaining focus on customer needs
- Previous work experience in customer service and/or sales.
