Job Description
- This role has a wide variety of exciting duties that revolve around acquiring and engaging with new consumers using various approaches. The role will require close collaboration with external below-the-line and design agencies, in addition to understanding consumer habits and practices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out focus groups and gathering meaningful consumer insights that would help in launching new products/campaigns, and improving existing ones
- Create and execute superior communication across multiple channels
- Develop and execute direct-to-consumer activities and events that would drive trial
- Work with design agencies to create state of the art point of sale material
- Proactively assess and spot new marketing opportunities, as well as trends
- Manage annual marketing plan and budget
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of marketing plans on the business as well as recommend improvements
