Job Description
- Accountant reporting directly to the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director of a New Business handling all the required works of the initiation and operation of the project.
- Our Business is sports related and is eventually a Sports / Entertainment Venue in Maadi. It is a state of the art venue with top technologies in the sports world, serving clients aged 6-60, and will be a Membership Based Venue, with packages for 3, 6 & 12 Months. It is expected to be a major hit in the Egyptian Market, with several major events being scheduled to be held at the venue.
- It is a first of its kind venue in the world, and only with a qualified team to assist in the building and operation of the project can great success be achieved.
- The Job Constitutes of two Phases
- 1st Phase is Initiation and construction which is estimated to be 6-9 Months (New Cairo)
- 2nd Phase is Operation of the Venue (Maadi)
Job Requirements
- Set-up a minimal system for the company
- Oracle Trained
- Handle all transactions for both phases of the project
- Submit Weekly / Monthly reports with the Financial Status
- Prepare and review Fiscal Budgets to be submitted to authorities
- Prepare and review all taxes to be submitted to authorities
- Review, Monitor and compare actual financial progress with planned progress
- To link the accounting software to our Membership and Tickets Portals
- Monitor the flow of transactions from subscriptions and memberships and tickets and prepare weekly / monthly reports
- Financial Advisory on Budgets
- Preparation of any required documentation for audits of ay kind.
- Co-ordination with legal for compliance with all financial obligations
