Job Description
- Investigate and test the smart meters, each accessories, devices and the tools to verify the validity technically
- Undertaking technical reviews whilst providing technical guidance on technical standards.
- Studying proposals to meet the required technology
- Study and develop operating problems of the smart meters.
- Responsible for continuous evaluation of metering systems performance to minimize deviations and equipment failure.
- Continuous development of metering equipment maintenance program.
- Contribute to equipment preservation plans.
- Set and monitor the connectivity of smart meters
- Maximize predictive maintenance techniques in metering equipment maintenance
- Operate and manage the procedures for the installations of smart meters for the MDM and the field
- Assignment and programming the smart meters and the customers meter cards
- Troubleshooting and investigation of failures utilizing cause analysis.
- Responsible for planning and execution schedule of meters, ensuring maintenance and calibration requirements are met, validated, proved and re certified in accordance of approved procedures.
- Analysis and Adjustments the data for achieve the balance in system.
- Assist in continuous development of metering equipment maintenance program
- Providing technical support to the Project teams during testing and installation of meters and subsequent maintenance activities
- Continuous review of maintenance processes, tasks, plans, spares holding requirements and procedures
- Followup to solve the problems related to the smart meters and field.
- Carry out performance monitoring programs
- Analysis and Adjustments the data for achieve the balance in system.
- Monitor and manage the alerts of smart meters
- Manage and solve Customer complaints.
- Present daily /weekly / annually technical reports for operation, maintenance and connectivity.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Communication Engineer.
- Very Good Command of English.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Real-Estate is preferable.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
