About the Job

Our client is a one of its kind holding in Egypt with a portfolio of companies addressing the dog market with a wide selection of dog-related activities. one of its business units that provides dog boarding and other services focused on the well-being of dog and his parents.

Looking for a new Customer Experience Secretary to help us make the company a better place for our customers. Applicant must be a dog lover, people person, service oriented, organized, team player and able to multi-task.

Tasks and Responsibility:

  • Act as a liaison between the kennel and the dog parents. In addition to liaising between kennel divisions.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails and handle business queries.
  • Monitor the check in and out for boarding dogs.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Organize kennel social activities and events.
  • Preparing kennel periodic business reports.
  • Meet and greet kennel visitors.
Job Requirements
  • Good computer skills Microsoft office, web- based tool, CRM.
  • Excellent communications Skills.
  • English language proficient.
  • Minimum one-year experience in office operations.
