Job Description
- Supervise different MEP repairs and maintenance for a site's technical facility systems often related to MEP Systems.
- Ensure the highest standards are delivered and demonstrated
- Supervise PPM and minor works
- Contribute to the delivery of quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customers
- Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to site service providers.
- Report on performance of the service providers on site.
- Ensure safe delivery of all service providers works.
- Ensure accuracy and delivery within SLA of all works
- Produce and validate quotations
Job Requirements
- B.SC. – Civil Engineering from a reputable university is required.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to read and make design specifications and technical drawings.
- Analytical ability and ability to work independently and as a team.
- Very good English language skills written and spoken
