Job Description
- Responsible for the revamp of the Garment IO web application into ReactJS on time and with the needed quality
- Develop new features and enhance existing ones
- Advise and monitor the progress of front end development team on technical tasks
- Research and advice on software development best practices
- Assess technical debt and advise on resolutions
- Unit, integration, and use case testing of features and user stories
- Troubleshoot major issues and resolving them in a sustainable manner
Job Requirements
- At least 1-year professional experience working with ReactJS
- Experience with Object-Oriented, open-source programming
- Ability and persistence to lead a team working on large tasks
- Ability to lead a team of diverse individuals
- Professionalism in meeting deadlines
- Strong time management capabilities
