Job Description
- Following all the company team on delivering their tasks on the company ERP system
- Responsible about all the company PR activities
- Responsible about all the international relationship activities of the company
- Attending all the meeting and record the minute of meeting and following its up with all the team
- Booking hotels and meeting rooms for the management and company guest
- Act as international relation responsible
- Following up day to day tasks with all the company team and prepare reports
- Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Job Requirements
- Suitable Bachelor degree Motivated - Hard worker - Work under stress
- Experience in Marketing Agencies is preferable
- Fluent in speaking and writing English is a must
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word - Excel - Power Point - Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
