Job Description
- Handling and Review leasing proposals budgeting, plans & commercial leasing
- Handling and Review leasing proposals with Finance and approval budgeting.
- Handling and Review plans & location with Fit Out department.
- Handling and Review leasing proposal with Legal department and issue the contracts.
- Handling the contract with the tenant for any commercial lease.
- Handling the tenant to hand over the unit.
- Handling the tenant and collection team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in same position
- Experience in mall management
- Presentable
- Excellent command in English
- Excellent in Microsoft office
working days: Saturday till Sunday
Working hours: 9 AM till 6 PM
