Job Description
- Managing all subcontractor’s agreements.
- Handling day to day accounts transactions.
- Verification of bills receivables & payable.
- Handling petty cash maintenance.
- Handling supplier payments.
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
- Review weekly timesheets, along with the accounting group
- Ensure compliance across the worksite.
- Follow up and concordant purchase requests made by the site.
- Check Store Permissions for materials.
- Coordinate between construction and Finance departments.
- Submit periodic reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance required
- 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in cost accounting and financial reporting at least 2 years on Construction Management or General Contracting or Subcontractor industry experience
- Excellent MS office skills
