Job Description

If you are? so you are invited to be "Co-founder as a Business Development Manager" for a very promising startup already raised an initial fund and currently incubated in a famous incubator.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating and pitching to investors.
  • Establish department objectives by forecasting and developing business/growth strategies for the company focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for the company, estimate expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services.
  • Conduct market researches to identify new markets, customer needs, initiate leads and identify strategic partnerships.
  • Setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business, understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
  • Implement new sales plans, targets, strategies and programs that expand the company’s customer base.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales department and manage the sales plan accordingly.
  • Ensure sales targets are delivered through people management and performance review.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to open new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Senior Entrepreneur.
  • More than 3 years of experience in business development.
  • Fluent English.
  • Impressive growing achievement.
  • Raised more than $50K is preferred.
