Job Description
- Assess and approve campaigns/incentive schemes before they are made live
- Post assessments to validate that schemes produced the desired results
- Maintain thorough and concise documentation for tracking all scheme assessments and approvals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy of results
- Conduct thorough follow-ups and effective resolutions with various stakeholders
- Very high ownership and accountability of the work assigned
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to different software products quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and Google products (Forms, Spreadsheets)
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of personnel both oral and written
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime when needed
