Job Description
- Explore the market best practice in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
- Choose the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Administer appropriate organization assessments
- Conduct first HR interviews
- Ensure the following efficient interviewing techniques
- Track hiring metrics including (time-to-hire// time-to-fill //source of hire//Cost per hire), to ensure effective recruitment cycle that meets the organization objectives.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare monthly headcount report.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Years of experience: 1-3, Experience in Non-profit organization and national societies is an added value
- Excellent computer literacy mainly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Close area resident.
