Job Description

  • Explore the market best practice in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Choose the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Administer appropriate organization assessments
  • Conduct first HR interviews
  • Ensure the following efficient interviewing techniques
  • Track hiring metrics including (time-to-hire// time-to-fill //source of hire//Cost per hire), to ensure effective recruitment cycle that meets the organization objectives.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare monthly headcount report.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Years of experience: 1-3, Experience in Non-profit organization and national societies is an added value
  • Excellent computer literacy mainly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Close area resident.
