Job Description
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests, with guidance from Sr. Leaders
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Maintain the database and employee files
- Develop forms and processes for all employee-related requests/actions
- Define the policies, e.g. handbooks, disciplinary policy in line with organization standards
