Job Description
- Manage and monitor activities of the IT department
- Develop requirements, outlines, plans, budgets, and schedules for IT projects
- Assign and coordinate individual project responsibilities to IT team
- Oversee all phases of IT projects’ execution
- Evaluate new information systems products and emerging trends in the IT field and recommend changes to existing products or services
- Analyze recurring issues available in existing materials and supplies and set action plans to solve these issues, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Negotiate and vet IT contracts and purchases of equipment, maintenance, and supplies from vendors
- Educate IT staff on the use of newly applied technology
- Take charge of the training and growth of the IT team
- Supervise the maintained database for computer equipment, hardware, and software information
- Prepare and update IT manuals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science
- 6-7 years of experience
- Experience with Network security tools.
- Experience with IP Telephony systems and call centers
- Very Good Command of English language
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Microsoft, CISCO, Security and PMP certifications are a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and pressure handling skills
- Good planning, follow-up and team management skills.
- Dedicated team player and willing to put additional hours.
