Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Examine all project-specific documents before starting a thorough study to ensure they are fully aware of all the project strategies, policy, tricks and tips related
- Review shop drawings with the site and identify problems and obstacles
- Providing the most modern Alforman graphics for all required work completed
- Responsibility for the daily coordination and direct with subcontractors
- Superficial knowledge of a list of sub / dwgs
- Implementation of the tasks entrusted to it a week and working arrangement with Alforman daily and weekly during the short daily meetings
- To provide an update on the Executive Director of the weekly list of tasks
- Responsible for the work of subcontractors bills
- Work of the Special required ores with Alforman limited (after review with the store) with surrounding specifications approved by the Submittal
- It can be delegated from El CM for the receipt of raw materials with the technical office of the site engineer
- Notify the Director of implementation if required the work of RFI to the subject is not clear to him
- Perform the required tasks as instructed by the director of implementation
- Action DFC's Sketchs required amendments
- Notify the Director of execution in case there is a need to work for a particular item PVN
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience In Technical office works
- Auto CAD , Revit
- Good knowledge of complete MV / LV electrical distribution system and light current systems.
- Experience in all power calculations.
- Experience in electrical shop drawing
- Good knowledge of all required site documentation (Invoices , IR , MIR , RFI..)
- Good Communication, Negotiation and Organization Skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- English Language: Very Good Written & Spoken
